    Removing black crud from caulk

    Usually it's mold on the silicon. Tide makes a gel bleach that I've used in the past: just run it on, leave it for a while and then rinse very well.

    It's a removable bait bag. The top holes are for overflow and the hose is a pick up of raw water. Somewheres there is a pump ( similar to a bilge pump to pick up the water.
