    "Pascuas" is used for the Christmas holidays to 3 Kings day Jan 6 (twelfth night) but, In some places it is used almost exclusively for the Easter Holiday time period, both are correct. Steve W

    The tool in the original post can also be used to unscrew the head end cap of some Hydraulic cylinders.

    I agree with OC Diver"s post #41, they were ball valve handles that were cut and bent, if you look at the bottom one in the OP picture you will see a penciled line marking where to bend. Probably, or surely would work well to loosen deck fill caps when placed in the slot and turned.
