Need help identifying make/model of Nordic Tug 32 (model yr 2004) galley faucet

We have a leaky faucet in our 2004-model Nordic Tug 32 galley. It needs a new cartridge but getting the correct cartridge requires a make/model of faucet. I cannot find that information. It is a pull-out spray on a low spigot, with single-lever control of hot/cold/flow. If the upload works, you'll see the faucet without its spray wand. It has no markings of make or model.
