I am changing my flopper stopper setup and selling the old plates I had. I purchased them new around 2000 from a guy who made them in the San Diego area (no longer around).
They are in fair condition - the hard plastic diaphragm is a bit brittle and has a couple cracks, but should work fine. Will need replacement at some point. The two frames are welded steel riveted together, so would need to be drilled-out. Size is 18" x 24" (approx 1-1/4" thick). Magma and Forespar make an outrigger pole system for Flopper Stoppers that work well.
Price is $150 for the pair picked-up/delivered to San Diego area. I am not keen on packaging and shipping, but if no one wants them locally, I would do so for an additional $40 plus cost of shipping (guesstimate - around $40-$50).
These work well - and are difficult to come by. Would be great to see them continue life.
