I love your boat. I'd try to buy it if it was near here.
Looks like you've got an anchor out beyond the stern. In high winds do the boats bang into each other? Is this fresh water?

The stern is attached to a buoy (like the others) which of course is anchored with a lot of weight. The other boats are fastened to the eye on top of the buoy, but I use another eye just underneath the red "float ball". This is the proper and more safe method.
There is enough space between the boats so that they don't bang into each other. The harbour is also quite wind and wave protected.
The Baltic sea is brackish. Around here salinity is about 4 promille.
