The table on my GB36 just took up too much room so I decided to cut it down some. It occurred to me that it would be nice to have the whole floor of the salon open. I reduced the table to 28” long so that it stores against the bulkhead just aft of the port side door. I moved the two little brass rectangular ‘nuts’ that the forward table leg is secured to back to accommodate the new length. Then I made four more of the ‘nuts’ and put them into the cabin sole aft of the port door to hold the table for storage. I discovered that if I positioned it just right I could open one leaf and use it for a desk. I’ll try to attach photos.

Greetings,
Welcome aboard, if I've missed you. I don't know what you started with BUT that's pretty slick!
