Just wondering if there are any Nanni savant's that might know by one pic what model engine this might be? Im in a different state and at the moment do not have the engine number. Thanks in advance.

I can’t recall the model number but I’ve seen this engine before. It’s a 5 cylinder (obviously, I know) 85 hp I think. About 2002 vintage or so.

Just as a side note, my prior boat, a 43' BlueSea had 2 Mercedes/Nanni Diesels in it, 6Cyl, 165HP mains. A friend bought the boat from me, still running like a champ, 4K hours, only major items were a couple turbo's, oil and tranny coolers, otherwise, regular maintenance. Great engines!

I wasn't even awhare inline 5's was a thing. Ive spent the day reseaching them but theres not a huge amount of info available. Seems to be based on a Kubota F2803 often coupled to shafts 2.0:1 or 2.5:1 and mechanical Technodrive gearboxes. Im not sure of the gearbox's on the boat im looking at but info none the less.
I'm looking at a boat in a couple days with two of these engines so just doing my due dillagence.
