Hi all
How do you (or how do your wives) manage procurement and replacement of sheets for the forward cabin bed ?
I will give up the extensible material which is terribly hot here in the Med.
Maybe some Florida fellow can provide useful advice 😉

We just buy ordinary twin sheets and use suspenders (braces?) to take up the slack beneath.

That is what we do also. They sell sheet garters in long lengths. We just take up the slack under the mattress. Works great.

I bought sheet sets which were over-sized for the odd-shaped mattresses. I made a pattern in the shape of the mattress, and transferred that onto the fitted sheet. I cut out the middle of the sheet an inch or two outside that outline. The remnant, a sort of loop or ring of material, was cut down to an even height above the elastic and sewn to the middle cutout piece. I had to take in some material along the sides so that the corners lined up. It actually worked quite well.

We just use an oversize bottom sheet and fold it under.

There are companies that make fitted sheets. I think many have you buy the sheets, send bottom sheet and measurements, they return fitted. Search tool wild find options.

That might be slightly easier if you can identify your specific mattress; the mattress company itself may offer options.
