Sceptre is a tried-and-true DeFever 43 flush deck trawler that for the last 15 years has received a level of care and improvements that only seasoned boaters would fully appreciate. Upgrades include new fiberglass aft deck and new coring professionally done, new head, new Rocna anchor 73#, Fuel tanks replaced in 2013. Engines rebuilt 2009. All teak has been restored and finished. This vessel is a must see for anyone ready to purchase a Classic Trawler. And we have had her for 15 years and are the third owner. Engines have 1200 hrs and transmissions 1200 hours.

DEFEVER 43
You can board Sceptre on either port or starboard boarding gates or stern. A large Sun deck is covered with sunbrella bimini that was redone in 2021, Steps up to the flybridge with seating for 8 is just starboard of centerline. A companion way door to starboard leads down to a U-shaped galley to port, salon with deck doors to starboard and port. The companion way hatch has replaced safety glass for light into the salon. The helm is to starboard and the steps to guest quarters with en-suite head is to port. The engine room access door is aft of guest stateroom. Back up steps to the salon, to the master that is aft of the galley with center queen en-suite head, separate shower and plenty of storage.
