Hints that you may be dealing with a Scammer:

"Friends and Family" avoids fees BUT there is no recourse if the transaction runs aground. Friends and Family is for gifts only. There is no protection for Friends and Family transactions, so never ever use it to buy something.

Do you still have the old starter motor? They can usually be rebuilt by shops that do this work for starter motors, alternators, and so on. Look some of these shops up and ask.
There are usually several in any decent sized town or city and ask around at auto parts, truck parts and repair shops for both.
They make new brushes, can find the springs, bearings, turn the commutator , rewind the stator, and so on.

Thank you I located a starter from a 6L which I used as a replacement, Issue with 4L it needs the pull in coil rewound have located a repaired for late
