My outboard engine will not start. Fuel appears to be inside of my Evinrude E-TEC Engine Management Module (EMM), has anyone ever has this happen to them? Any insight into how this could have happened I would be grateful to know! Thank you.

Hi! welcome. That does not sound right, or good. You might get some help here (not from me; I dunno!) but you might also try “the hull truth” forum, which has many more outboard powered boats and boaters. Might help to provide specific info and symptoms too. Year ? History? Does it crank? What happens? Picture of emm?
Good luck!
