Wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere. Could be great liveaboard. Easy for Single Handing operation. Look like a pro backing into slip with new Bow Thruster. Boat has monthly diver who cleans, inspects, provides monthly report and replaces zincs when needed. Selling due to family obligations.
It is very well maintained and shows. Well running Perkins engine (185hp). Generator (Northern Lights 5kw). Both systems start up every time and no known problems. It is taken out for cruises often, not an unused marina boat. Walk thru transom door direct to large swim platform and ladder. Four rod holders in cockpit. New freshwater system including additional water tank (80 gallon total capacity), New water heater, New water lines and fixtures. Interior has been totally updated and looks great. New LED lighting. New Raritan ME head with new SaniFlex sanitation hoses and tank vent. Separate enclosed shower stall with glass bifold door (not a wet head). New transom shower. New Webasto FCF Platinum 16000 btu air conditioner for salon. Reconditioned AquaTemp 12000 btu air conditioner for galley and v-berth.. Decks, House and flybridge professionally painted with Awlgrip. Solar ventilation. Very comfortable inside. New work listed in description completed within the last 2.5 years.

Cockpit transom door, transom shower, large swim platform with 4 step telescoping ladder, Horizon electric windlass, autopilot, trim tabs, upper & lower stations, Garmin GPS Map both stations, remote searchlight, compasses both stations, 460ah house battery bank,, alcohol stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Isotherm Cruise 130 ac/dc refrigerator/freezer, Edgestar icemaker (currently uninstalled). Have a lot of other included items, extra parts, pumps, tools, hardware, fluids, filters, belt, connectors, hoses, teak, etc. Cockpit and Flybridge canvas recently restitched.

MAIN ENGINE: Perkins T6.3544 ENGINE: (~ 3800 hrs)
Newer engine battery, engine starter rebuilt, new alternator, new primary lift pump, hoses and belts replaced, new valves for return fuel system, wiring on engine harness replaced where necessary, complete coolant system pressure test, etc. Professionally maintained. Run weekly and taken out of slip. Starts right up and burns ~2gph @ 8-9kts at 1900 rpm.
GENERATOR: Northern Lights 5kw. Model: M673D-5KW . It runs both AC's, water heater, refrigerator and all systems simultaneously.

New running gear (stainless drive shaft, coupling, mid bearing, cutless bearing, prop sent for inspection, refurbished rudder/packing and post. Had shoe removed as well and had refurbished. Fully aligned after work performed.
Bottom sanded and painted with Micron CSC, new zincs, etc
Removed all carpet from interior walls and ceilings. Sanded and painted using topside paint. Walls in salon are new teak with new insulation, ducting, etc.
Custom carpet in salon (3 pieces, bound)
New LED lighting
New Solar vent
New 32" Insignia TV and Glomex amplified mast mounted antenna. New Echo Dot. Using wifi and amplified antenna it provides a lot of entertainment.

PLUMBING: New Raritan Marine Elegance freshwater head. New additional 35 gallon freshwater tank (total 80 gallons now). New freshwater pump. All new freshwater lines using Pex-A. Replaced all old water lines and added isolation control manifolds. All new sanitation lines removed and replaced from black tank to new head and out using Saniflex hose. 25 gallon waste tank. Faucets and fixtures replaced (shower, transom shower, galley sink). New hot water heater. New shower sump and shower drain system, etc.
CLIMATE SYSTEMS (2): New 2024 Webasto 16000 btu ac/heat central system for salon. Refurbished Aquatemp 12000 btu for galley & berth. Can cool the boat to 73°f (probably go lower) on a 96°f day. Both units have individual strainers and water pumps. All new ductwork installed for both units. Boat can easily cool down to, and below 73 deg on 95 deg days.

Its a great boat, efficient with fuel and with the thruster it single hands easy and I look like a pro backing into the slip even in the wind. Thruster was the best upgrade I had installed. Wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere. Needs nothing for you to take it home.
Previous owner was preparing for the loop until he passed away.
