Been reading trawlerforum on and off for a while, but realized I'd never actually joined..!

Currently wintering in our place in Key West, with the boat tucked away in Baltimore for the winter. We cruise the northeast in the summers, completed the great loop in 2021, and have cruised a bunch of other waters along the way. Originally boated in the PNW for several years before heading east to do the loop. Our tracking history is at https://highwind.fun/

I'm an electronics/electrical dork, having significant parts of the boat myself at this point. We run a 48V house power system with 30kWh of batteries, have ~3500W of solar, and I'm working on a monitoring/tracking/onboard toolsuite called BoatKit that I hope to have out in an early alpha form in the spring to see if I can make a go at a real product out of it.

Anyway, hi!

Yeah, sweet! You have all that solar and I can't even see it, nice.

The pics there are older before I put the front panels on this year. You can definitely see those now. :). The 2550W on the roof is pretty hidden tho.
