I have some electrical cables for parking camera. The cables will be clipped to the sundeck roof. Does this type of cable require some protection sleeve from UV and elements?
On the left side in the photo is some cable wrap/tubing I have. Is it good for uv protection?

It certainly doesn’t hurt to have some protection on the cables. It will help them last longer. That should be ok. Split loom is another way to go.

Split loom is easier to work with, no need to pass the whole wire through the cover, just open and push in as you go after connections are made.
