Hi All,

Anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram for 2003 34 Pilot 34? The diagram that came with mine does not correspond with reality.

Thanks

I doubt you will find anything with much detail. MS documentation was strictly a general arrangement and lacked details that would make it useful. Over the years even basic placement of system components varied. I've had to trace wires and document findings for any system I was interested in and/ or wanted to make changes.
There used to be a lot more info & schematics available online but with the MS closure and Marlow " buy out" they dropped support for the online resources and have no interest in supporting MS owners. They have failed to respond to 2 email attempts to contact them.

Too bad they may not be available. When we bo our 1998 Formula I asked them about some wiring details so they sent me about 100 pages of wiring diagrams for the whole boat. The support from Formula is awesome.

Back in January 2015, shortly after purchasing my Mainship 34 Pilot, I was searched the internet for info and downloaded what I think are wiring diagrams for a Pilot 34. There are a bunch of .dwg files I don't have the software to open with names like M34TR-1807A1B TWIN ENG cabin harness REV 2.dwg, etc. Also some excel files with names like M34TR-twin eng. cabin harnessRev1.xls etc. showing wire colors and lengths, awg, function, from and to. I have files for both single and twin. I am not familiar with the codes, but they were all in a directory titled M34 Piliot 20060705. One of the reasons I'm not sure what boat this represents is the spelling "piliot". I have both single engine and twin engine info. I am happy to post them and hope they are for the right boat and they are useful to you. There are 21 files for twin engine and 74 files for the single engine, but it appears the single engine files include wireing for hardtop, windless and other items. After trying to download the files, it appears I can't because they have the wrong extention of .dwg. Need some help on this.

I agree. My drawings for MS350 are generic, not even correct engine. A friend with a MS390 has a better set of drawings but again, they changed wiring with every boat and did not do "redlines" to the drawings. After 5 years I just found out my windlass is not wired to the separate thruster battery in the bow but has a separate run to battery 2 back at the engine. There's no logic to this but that's just the way it is.

MS had many detailed dogs available online. I downloaded a few for my 2008 34HT. When Marlow bought out MS they ended all support for those online dwgs. You should bevable to find free viewer software online that will allow you to view the dwgs. When I found the online BOMs (bill of materials) i think they included the serial number range they started with or appie'd to. The BOM is useful as it is searchable on keywords and references a photo # for the part that includes part, # and source
