Kiskadee now scheduled into Seattle on 04 November due to weather. A few more days......😊

Hey Robert, we were just talking about you and your new boat at the PTYC board meeting on Tuesday. We are all very excited for you and Gail! It appears you will be able to lead the December cruise aboard Kiskadee? Keeping fingers crossed!
 
The new Kiskadee was offloaded 04 November in the Seattle harbor. The hardtop and swimstep were lashed to the decks for transit. Now at Helmsman's docks in Lake Union for installation of electronics.

So happy to Kiskadee in PNW waters. That will be the flagship of the Helmsman fleet. A gorgeous craft.

Yes, she is, we are very pleased. The design on paper is now actual. She is essentially a Helmsman trawler, but just a little more sleek in profile, well balanced, and well proportioned. Of course, I am biased, but there it is!!
 
You must be so excited! Can't wait to see this all come together. BTW - we have been traveling this journey with you vicariously, 5 pages worth at this point. You owe us a lot of pics. ;-)

Caught a glimpse of her down at WLB yesterday - very exciting. Where will you be doing the MM installments? CONGRATS - how exciting all around. We are still on schedule for April - will look to you for commissioning suggestions and tips!

Eddie Legard is doing the electronics install right now at WLB. The davit install will also be done there, then a haul out for the transponder and swimstep installation. The MM and watermaker installs will be done by CSR at their yard in early January 2025. I'll be posting more pics soon.

The electronics are being installed this week and so the pilothouse, salon are not too squared away. Took a peek at the engine room starboard side, looking aft through the access door in the laundry room. Small access door in lower right in pic of laundry room, a separate washer and vented dryer. The Helmsman trawlers interior is spotless arriving from the factory. More photos to come.
