Good notes. We have the original stacker unit chugging away in our 1989 48 CPMYa

Going out on a limb here...looking for a line chock for our 1989 48ft CPMY. Pic is of the port side, we need the starboard side (not sure it matters). Overall length is ~8 3/8 in, screw holes are 6 1/2 in, on center.

Anybody know of a source for line drawings for Californian boats? Is line drawing the right term? Looking for the floorplan and profile drawing for a 1989, 48 CPMY.

Sorry for not replying sooner, I've had some medical appointments. Bglad provides good advice to get with someone familiar with the brand as suggested. Having said that, we are happy with ours. She is in great shape for her age and handled rough water well when we hit some big seas on our trip...

After much looking, the Admiral and I finally closed the deal on our new, to us, 48 CPMY with Cat 3208TAs (375 HP). We love it and it's quite the change from the 36 ft Uniflite we previously owned for 15 years. The trip from Georgetown, Maine to Poquoson, VA was uneventful and we are very please...

I used to live on Bethel Island, enjoyed cruising the delta with my dad when I was in high school.

I think this is my first post, I've been lurking here for years while selling the old boat and shopping for a new one. We recently closed the deal on a 1989 Californian, 48 CPMY and brought her down from Maine to southeast Virginia.

I live near this boat and trying to see it this Friday (2 July). Appreciate if we could talk offline and discuss this great looking boat.
