We are on the TN in Chattanoogo. Leaving 9/23 for Fl and the Bahamas. We have had a lot of rain and the locks are letting our some flow creating current. At trawler speed, it will be work going up river but in my opinion worth it. Maybe we will pass you along the route. Safe cruising.

What are your thoughts? We currently have 35' of chain then rope. Like my last boat with the same, every now and then, the windless gets hung up on the transition point where its spliced.. We are leaving on an extended cruise in Sept to FL and the Bahamas. Knowing the rope/chain has issues...

Great idea on the waer route but, I just dont have that kind of time. Truck may be the only solution if we buy the bat. Its a 2002 with only 224 hours on the Cummins and the trip would probably double the hours in a fun way. I need to retire and play more!
