    Erie Canal closure

    The Erie Canal is being closed on June 27 for an indefinite time to do an emergency repair. The area is between Brockport and Middleport. Any Loopers will need to use the Welland Canal, Lake Ontario and the Oswego Canal to detour the affected area. The Canal website has all details.
