Process for the epoxy and rock sink. I sanded the top of the sink and primer then layed the rocks on and bought the kit from a wood shop. epoxy was easy to work with. It was calles ezpoxy uv.
We decided to tackle the dingy cream color head. Repaired all the previous cracks and damage. Here is a few pictures of the progress. before and after. More to come as we leave the paint and non skid dry.

I am looking at purchasing a mooring and wondering if there is any sort of paper work you need to register it or would it be as simple as a sales agreement between seller and buyer?

yes very true about the tripping hazard as I always bump into it. I wondered that as well because everywhere I look, I see boats with the same issue I had. The funny thing is I tried many marine stores with no luck of finding one.
