    It's not a difficult job, disconnect and plug the hoses at the lower end, make slack in the hoses and 2 guys can lift off the davit arm (it's not fastened) set it down on something to protect the deck. Mark which hose connects where and replace all 4. Pull each new hose connected to each old...

    It's shown on pg 186ish of the 6068 manual (Sorry I can't link to it, but you should have one onboard, at least there was one when I finished commissioning your boat in Seattle.

    It's a little hard to tell from the photos but it looks like there's no cloth or mat involved, just a stress crack in the gelcoat sprayed over resin coated mahogany beams? Lots of builders did it that way.

    Fire suppression system

    That's a Seafire system, don't remove the end of the hose, the hose is pressurized with extinguishing agent. It's designed to burn open in case of fire. Usually the end of the hose is lightly wire tied to the anti siphon loop on a Northern Lights.

    Holding Tank Vent Filter

    I'd look at the vent hose for a kink in the vent hose, usually about the turn of the bilge. Old hose curves can turn into hose corners. Look for low spots that may be holding a water trap. Also if the filter gets "moisture" into the charcoal it will become ineffective and decrease venting...
