Our previous Defever had a Fordjord anchor and it worked perfectly. Our current Defever has a Rocna and I would not trade it for anything! ( Although we have only rode out 50mph winds so far)

Which pump are you talking about? Raw water pump for the coolant circulating pump driven by a fan belt? And what size/ model is the generator. I have found a circulating pump for a tractor the has worked for the last two years on my 8kw generator. Less than $50.00

A dock neighbor just had this exact same issue on his Onan. Turned out to be a circuit breaker had tripped. The breaker was located on the control panel located on the generator.

If you are going to be using the boat or live aboard be sure your water tanks are full as the dock water will be turned off or probably already is, which is the case in La Conner and Anacortes.
