1952 William Garden Fellows and Stewart 58' Motor Yacht

https://youtu.be/Cqkb_O8qS6E Just uploaded a video She’s ours now. Both hull and mechanical surveys came in good. Design with slide rule and brilliant mind. Is a full shape to carry big loads, but slips though the water like no boat I’ve ever seen. Like a whale or tuna

It has a real boom with topping and hoist winches to bring up a skiff. Not sure if I can get the Hobie on top, but we will try! The Engine room is awesome, is in the middle of the boat, and divides the guests quarters from the master.

Point well taken, thanks for the heads up.I went back through older images and see the mast had stays to the rail. The aft boom is well stayed (to swing loads) all the rigging is SS and looks fairly new. I will be up the mast shaking things up to see if we got a problem. Rigging masts with...

Even glossy black was too intrusive with big sodium lights on the Bering Sea trawlers. It’s dark so much, and we work the boat 24/7 We went to flat black on the bow cap rail. One of those “small things” that add up?

You said it well. Thanks! It’s a yacht with a workboat soul. I feel very fortunate and right at home with the work boat equipment. Real hydraulics, massive anchor and winch. Any how, I am itching to get onboard and start tinkering

Are We Getting Invaded?' U.S. Boats Faced Russian Aggression Near Alaska
