    What the Heck??

    It looks like the spring used on bi-fold doors that keeps them in the closed position when the hinge goes "over-center". Another possibility is a push-to-release drawer or cabinet door.

    Electric wing engine

    Has anyone tried to install an electric or hydraulic drive as a wing engine with separate shaft and prop? Not to be confused with the typical hydraulic get-home on the main engine shaft.

    Motor won't turn over, starter?

    My Chris Craft w/Crusader engines had a similar issue on the port side only. 12.7v at the starter solenoid would drop to 3v when key to start position. After replacing both relays and the starter solenoid, I found the 12v fuse supplying the ignition switch was corroded. Cleaned it up and problem...
