Thanks. I kind of wish I tried to tighten that allan screw that goes through the coupling. The could be the issue and solved by a simply tightening. However, is seems like such a small part that could have serious issues if it fails.

I am going to check that pump out. I have seen many videos of people installing it. For now, I am going to check out the shaft on the right side of the picture and see if their is a "key" that needs to be replaced.

It is a hp63 4 cylinder if that makes a difference.
