Sorry, I just get tried of people who take the opportunity because they have a large number of people listening. What does any of this have to do with boats?? I signed on to talk about and listen to others that enjoy boating. Not about Wal-Mart or Amazon.

leaks Thanks to all that replied, winter is closing in fast, i'm afraid i'm going to have to tarp it this winter, then repair. The teak damage is going to be challenge. Ideas??

I HAVE been chasing leaks on my 30ft. sundowner, it appears to be coming in around the handrails, have clauked around them dozen of times but just keeps leaking. I now have black stains on the teak from water damage, any ideas where the leaks are coming from.

leaks That sounds like the Charlie Chan, it was in Valdez, the guy came up from Ketchikan and took off with out even a trial run, it takes a lot of balls, some big water between Valdez and Ketchikan.. I don't have a mast on mine so that wouldn't be the problem. Thanks for the info. Lil Toot

leaks You ever have trouble with leaks around the hand rails on the house. I have been fighting it for years, any ideas.

Just want to take it home to do some long overdue maintenance. Then probably take it to Seward and sell it.
