I would be very wary of a older boat with low hours. Engines that have not been routinely (monthly) run and brought up to temp will have more problems than a higher hour motor that has been run and maintained.

One thing you probably already own that will work great. Blutooth earbuds/headsets on your phones. Leave phones in the cabin and call each other. Then just talk using your handsfree earbuds. Works very well. Thanks
