Apparently you don't like the vessel moored there. Regardless of the make and mode,l the owner has the right to keep a vessel there as you do at your dock. If you're interested in the boat go knock on the door and introduce yourself perhaps make a friend. If not, mind your own business.

Size matters Manufacturer and registration documents state 50' CPMY "hull length". Actual length 58' with bow sprint and swim platform. 13'-6" beam, 18' bridge clearance.

The vessel is USCG registered to the previous owner and is now expired. There is no mortgage. I have a release from the previous owners bank which is why I didn't pay a $500+ service fee to have the documentation transferred by the seller's agent at the time of purchase.
