On the front of my Yanmar 6LY 3 STP 440 hp engine there is I believe a oil cooler for my HURTH ZF transmission. It has 3 wires going to it 1 to a (in) connection and 1 to a (out) connection the other one is sloppily tape off.Can anyone tell me where the tape off one should go. Tom

Generator Turns out I was loosing coolant from a hose connection.Hose is now fixed all is well.Also lost I my thrusters coming it turns out battery connection was bad clean ned and tighten all is well. Tom

12 volts When you say to run refrigerator on 12 volts what happens when you are out on the water do you run on 12 volts and run the generator ?As I read this you never run on 110 volts. Tom

How do you handle it when you have work done on a AC unit and are told it needs a new computer boat then turns out it is actually the fan so that is replaced.Then you get the bill and the computer board you did not need is there.It seems like these mechanics work on the process of a limitation.

rudder sender I think the electrician broke it by tighten the nut on the post to tight.I think once I get a new sender I will be right where I started.It's so hard to find good mechanics in this business they tend to replace parts until they find the one that works.I'm going thru the same thing...

rudder sender Does anyone know how to get a new rudder indicator for a 40 ft mainship 2007 trawler its light blue and attaches to the rudder with a adjustable arm.I tried loading picture but iu can't get it to load.

On my 2007 40 ft mainship trawler the rudder indicator works if i start the boat from the upper helm.It does not work if i start it from the lower helm. Anyone have this happen and if so what did you find was the problem? Tom
