Batteries are brand new deep cycle.

My 36’ Grand Banks currently has 2 8D AGM and 1 4D AGM batteries. The 4D is dedicated to the Genset with the 8 D’s as Batt 1&2 on selector. Port engine starts with Batt 1 and starboard engine starts with Batt 2. This configuration doesn’t make sense to me as it doesn’t give me a dedicated...

Anyone have a Hurley, Trick or Nautley system on a Grand Banks? 10' West Marine RIB with 9.9 HP 4 stroke (300lbs). Really like the idea of Horizontal storage vs vertical like Seawise and Weaver but wondering if clearance from waterline is sufficient to avoid "swamping" dinghy in foul weather...
