    Temperature issue

    I am in agreement with Ksceviour regarding air entrapment. Same as a car or truck, after opening the closed loop cooling system for repairs you always insure the air has been "burped" out of the cooling system to prevent air lock or low coolant. You have to exercise care when plumbing the water...

    Sparks, Regarding the genset, the original owner intent was to canablize the genset for the main propulsion engine where there may be no parts available to get home or to a population center. Genius idea! Consider this when contemplating genset change out. Best regards, Tim

    For what it's worth, Krogen is styled like a Durbeck as the Durbeck preceded the Krogen by a few years in the early 70's.
