    1974 Classic Grand Banks Alaskan PilotHouse

    I'm not sure if this is against the rules, but I'm looking for more opinions on the price of this boat. The surveyor looked at comparables (hard to find) and believes the fair price is $50k lower than asking. I know price varies by locale, but any help is appreciated. Here is the listing
