    I am brand new to this forum, hello one and all! I have a technical question about my Evinrude E-TEC, 30 HP outboard (power tilt model).

    My outboard engine will not start. Fuel appears to be inside of my Evinrude E-TEC Engine Management Module (EMM), has anyone ever has this happen to them? Any insight into how this could have happened I would be grateful to know! Thank you.
