This used 4-blade bronze prop was replaced when my Mainship 34 was repowered with a larger engine; originally matched to a Perkins 165 diesel. It seems straight, with no dings or apparent flaws. 5/16" keyway with 3" keystock. Painted, with coating worn a bit on aft faces, probably sand polished...

MS34 Prop Size My 1980 34 has been repowered but the original prop is a four-blade 20X20, 1 3/8 shaft.

Hello, I recently bought a 1980 Mk1 34. I can see about 2' of the prop shaft aft of the transmission and the shaft's aft end going into the dripless shaft seal, but not the middle section, as it is under the generator. Does the shaft pass through a carrier bearing in that inaccessible area...
