    Working with acrylic

A regular home Propane torch will do the same thing. When my Dualsport Motorcycle plastics got faded from the sun, I'd do this and bring some shine back. Have yourself a bucket of cool water and a rag, and wipe the surface as soon as it gets a shine. that will stop distortions.

    Sky Sail

 I fly Para kites off the grass. they are not as easy to just send off a mast and catch wind. They have to be controlled. I'd imagine that most of the cost is it's hands off controlling system.

    Any 2 stroke gurus here?

Seems to me, there was no reason to re-build the carb. And you had a fuel flow issue. which is still the case. Try and get it started again with fiddling the choke, and like said... keep squeezing the bulb and see if you can keep it running. That would most likely indicate a fuel pump...

    Making ice at home

    1. Yes 2. No... well maybe. It would have to be higher than the icemaker in the freezer, by a long way. Or the ice may only be small chips or droplets. Normally the Icemaker is getting 50-60 psi of water pressure from the well pump or municipal water company. By reducing the flow to...
