1979 49ft Marine Trader Raised Pilot House, the rare one
Twin 120 Lehmans (2350 hours on Port, appx 250 on Stbd). All hoses , oil/trans coolers, water pumps, etc replaced. Injector pumps both rebuilt in 2018. Electric fuel pumps installed with Racor 1000 primaries wit spin on secondaries.
Low hours on recent Onan 7.5kw MDJE generator swap-out
3 AC/Heat units
Last survey was 2019.
Fuel tanks replaced with Stainless (2 x 150, 300 gallons total)
300 gallons fresh water storage, SS tanks
Appx 40 gallons black water storage
Teak deck removed and all decks, joists, supports, etc replaced. All deckhouse bulkheads, walls, etc replaced. Not rebuilt, but replaced. Original teak window frames and doors kept. Glass replaced for most all. Extensive 15 year rebuild/resto by PO. Receipts not available, but videos are. Custom cabinets added to galley and salon areas.
Hull was Awl-Gripped in 2019. Deckhouse is 1-part epoxy (Brightside). Deckhouse needs some paint touch-up.
Deck was Kiwi-Gripped an odd color. Have light blue Kiwi-Grip to re-do.
Just had it out in April for new bottom paint, anodes, replaced several thru-hulls, newer generator installed and teak swim platform rebuilt.
New SS appliances, electronics (PH and FB), electric panel gauges, aft canvas enclosure, bimini, flybridge cockpit cover, spotlight (with dual controls), stereo in pilothouse with speakers, etc etc.
Located in Colonial Beach, VA, on the Potomac River. Simple, turn-key boat that could go to the Keys today if you wanted.
$130,000. Possible trade up or down for smaller boat (38-44ft). Decided with our lifestyle to go smaller.
