Of course the outboard craps out before the big July 4 week.
Summary: 2015 Merc never had an issue. Ran fine 2 weeks ago, yesterday it would not start. It has new fuel, filter is clean and flows gas right up to the fuel pump when the bulb is squeezed. I am thinking the diaphragm fuel pump is not sucking. With a little spray of starting fluid it runs fine for 5 seconds but it stalls upon not getting any gas.
Any suggestions?
