21 foot Tollycraft for sale?

There is a 21 foot boat for sale that we are going to look at next weekend. *It is advertised as being a "1 off" Tolly. *140 HP Volvo diesel, 2 steering stations, stand up head, v-berth, sink, stove etc.. I can't find out anything out about that model and the sellers aren't responding to e-mail enquiries. *They are asking about $25,000 which is a lot in this market. *Is this a real Tolly?

Tollycraft made four 21ft models in 1962. Two of them were cabin models, the Sea Fairer,*and the Sea Master. One was an outboard and one was an inboard.
