I am about to pull the breaker panel to replace the finicky "Engine" breaker on the 12-volt side. I cannot find any knowledge base relating to the source for replacement breakers for this and will probably have to pull it out to get the data necessary to search for a new one, but on the off chance anybody knows where to go for one, I am listening....

Thanks. I just went out and pulled the breaker. It is a Carlingswitch AA1-80-34-620-501C. 18mm thick, 40 deep and 50 long. 20Amps. Since the mounting screws are throuh the panel and it is in between others, this will have to be a pretty exact match.

Hey Rich, not sure if you got this resolved or not, but I reached out to Carling a few years back via email. They were very helpful and led me to what I needed.

Also, I have replaced/added a few breakers on my panel, Blue Seas fit fine and the screw holes lined up. Not sure if your panel is the same as my 400, but I bet it is similar.

Thanks, Doug. I finished installing the Carling Technologies breaker I got from Grainger about an hour ago. I could not find the exact part number of the original, but the information at Grainger.com showed the same technical specifications regarding the electrical and physical size. I had to wait until it arrived to be 100% positive the panel mounting screw holes were exact. All good now. :) The reason I replaced it was the original would trip back to open once in awhile as I flipped it on preparatory to starting the Yanmar, acting like a failing breaker. Lucky for me it was not some partial short buried deep in engine wiring! New breaker has no hesitancy at all.
