We are looking to sell our 45’ motor yacht. I have met with several brokers and I’m not totally sold on using one.
They all are looking for 10% commission, and the advantage offer are between 10 and 20% below selling price. Does not leave much left for another boat.
Has anyone had luck selling one on there own and if so how.
