Acuflush toilet

Just bought a new to me boat. After owning it two weeks the acuflush toilet is not working. The motor for the vacuum runs but it does not appear to get a vacuum so it keeps running. Checked all hoses and clamps and they’re tight

Anyone have any history with a vacuum head?

Do you mean Vacuflush? There are 2 duck bill valves in front of the pump and 2 after the pump. It's relatively easy to change them and they're not real expensive. Google Vacuflush pump schematic for a diagram.
