I recently purchased a 2002 Camano 31 and the drip pan on the AC unit is rusting.
No leaks yet, what is the best fix for this problem?

If it’s removable then sand blast and powder coat or sand and epoxy paint.

Well it is 21 years old now. So you fix the drip pan and something else goes wrong with it. It has served its useful life most likely. I would probably replace it. But if you want to fix it do the above suggestion.
