Any of you that have looked at the 43's, you know the flybridge seating sucks. You always see the horrible arrangement where they mount a captains chair on top of the seat that is there. Not only is this ugly, but all the other seating is still too low to work. After trying all sorts of innovations, I finally just ripped all the seating out and started with a clean slate. I added a little teak on the deck to cover the ugliness where the old seating was mounted. Added a couple of real nice captain's chairs, had a bench fabricated at a local aluminum shop, then built the rest of the cabinets from 1/2" Starboard. Seats 5 and has lots of storage.

That is a great modification. When the first mate has as good of a chair as the captain it makes for a happy first mate.:thumb:
