We are new owners of a 2006 Symbol 45. We live in Edmonds WA and boat is in Baltimore MD. In mid April, with the help of a professional captain, we are going to cruise to Port Everglades Fla, arriving by April 30th. There the boat will be loaded on a boat carrier for the trip through the Panama Canal & up the west coast to Vancouver, BC. This will be a huge change for us - going from A single screw Cutwater 30 cb to a much bigger and heavier twin screw boat. But we are very excited, though a little anxious.
Looking forward to our first ICW Cruise.
It’s going to be a lot harder to say goodbye to our Salish Spirit. The new boat was named Chesapeake Rouge and her new name will be Salish Diva. Guess whose wife is an opera buff? We are looking forward to meeting and hearing from the Symbol community, while we are determined to stay in touch with with the wonderful friends we’ve made in the Cutwater/Ranger Tug community.
By the way, if any one is interested in buying a 2017 better than new Cutwater 30 cb you can private message me or see the listing on Yacht World or at Seattle Yachts. Oh and yes, the price is $289K. Bob Gold
