Hi All -
I missed this forum for a while, but thought I’d share this really good Great Loop vlog these guys are doing.

Most YouTube vlogs are pretty average (we’re all really average, I know), but this one is well-edited, well-crafted, upbeat, and useful.

I don’t know these guys, but I like their product.

Enjoy.

I've also been following their journey, pretty fun real world experiences. Both the good and not as good but seems to be honest accounting.

Exactly! They keep it light in-spite of the challenges we all know.

I too have been following them, I also have a dog and prefer to anchor which is something they share and will be a good resource.

My wife and I bought a new to us 97 MT34DC in Sturgeon Bay in December. We have been sailing for 45 years and I used to do yacht deliveries for years. (50 ton ocean operator). We have followed this Vlog since December and find it very pleasant and entertaining. Reminds us of the days when we were learning to become coordinated team on our boats. Very pleasant couple! Considering their experience, they are doing quite well.Way better than boring regular TV.

Yes! Wife found their vlog in January. We are subscribers. Admire that they are tackling this adventure with practically zero experience. Also check out, Just Passin' Thru, Cruisin' this old boat/ amazing mile marker stops. There are several more that we subscribe to.

Just subscribed to this and looking forward to watching with my Wife. We purchased our Bayliner 4087 in Sept. and we are outfitting and cruising So. Cal. now (not much cruising mostly open Ocean crossing to Catalina and the channel Islands). We are planning on having the vessel freighted to New Olean's in a couple of years to start our Great loop adventures with 3 other couples. Why am I doing it this way rather than buying a vessel in FL and then selling when done? Well there is cost in buying and selling as well as re-fit once you buy that is more than the cost to put on the back of a Freighter and send through the Panama Canal.
