Biloxi Mardi Gras

Think about cruising from Panama City over to Biloxi for Mardi Gras, Where would be the best place to dock to see parades etc. 44 foot Atlantic with 15 foot beam. Would like to be close to resturants and casino action. Thanks in advance for info.
