Buying 2009 Mariner Seville 35' Sedan

We are trying to pin down exactly what "boats" are of the same manufacturer, build, molds etc. of the one we are buying (2009 Mariner Seville Sedan 35'). This is a current pic of her. We know Mariner Intl is out of business & that Helmsman's are of the same molds. Does anyone have information on this boat? Is she a true 35' (waterline appears to be 31'). We are trying to locate some schematics, plans, etc., and to build a core of folks to discuss the boats.
