Delving deeper into maintenance over the winter..... The manual I received from Key Power reviews a wide range of models, and wasn't specific to maintenance. Can our Camano 31 members recommend a good maintenance program for the standard Key Power bow thruster, especially lubrication? (I looked at the titles of all of our threads, didn't find one on bow thrusters.)

Thanks!

The recommendations I received were to check all of the electrical connections at least annually, and every few years to drain and replace the 90wt fluid, which requires removing the two 5/16 allen bolts and then run lubricant through until clean, then replace one bolt, fill and cap with the other bolt. A header tank was also recommended to keep positive pressure in the event the seal between the motor and the tube develops a slow leak. Still on my to do list...
