Hello,
I remember when any local glass or plastics shop could make these, but apparently those days are over, at least around here...
If you need replacement flybridge venturi windshield pieces, mine are in the shop, being used for templates to make my replacements. Contrary to what I have read, here and on other forums, it was not easy finding anyone that would take on the job. Approx $450 plus shipping. If you read this in time and can act now, this will save you hassle of finding a vendor and setting up templates. I told him I would post this, and he could keep mine to use as templates for 1 month.
He is making one change. He's going to round off the top edge instead of just polishing it. He will bend, and drill the holes. My hull is #180, use mine as templates at your own risk. Posting this is the start and end of my involvement. - I have no affiliation, just paying it forward.
The company makes custom motorcycle windshields, The owner does the custom work himself. I've been to their place and met him. His shop and warehouse are very impressive, full of inventory and clean as a whistle). Bob seems like the real deal.
