CHB tanks

Greetings Trawler community! Kirk here my friends call me Captain Kirk. I may be buying a CHB 34 the owner has given me access to the boat I'm trying to figure out what the center tanks are used for. It's a twin engine an the the tanks I want to identify are centerline low in the bilge. The forward tank is a holding tank. The tank just aft of the engines centerline
low looks like it was abandoned Just trying figure out what it was originally use for.

Don't know what YOUR tanks were intended for but on some Tri cabin boats one head toilet was connected to the holding tank, the other went straight overboard, ignoring the holding tank.

A friends last boat was set up like the that. One tank was used for a holding tank the other tank was never used. Then depending upon the necessities of discharge zones, that would determine which head got used so only one holding tank had to be dealt with.
